1) I want to create a helpdesk ticket with Inova IT, what do I do?
- you can use Inova's Self-Service portal:

- Login using your Inova Username and Password (Epic username/password)
You can also use Inova's CSL phone number and submit an issue via phone:
- Call 703-889-2000
- use option 2 for password reset
- use option 4 for any Epic related items
You can call Inova for the following:
- Password Resets
- incident reporting
- Requests for Service
- eSARFs
- anything Inova IT related
You can use ServiceNow
- You can use the self-service for anything except for password resets
